Tickets are available here on our site — click on the TICKETS button next to the show you wish to attend and follow the checkout procedure.  We accept Visa & MasterCard for online ticket sales.  Buy a Show Ticket

Box Office

Advance tickets and day-of-show tickets are available for purchase at The Chapel’s box office on show nights starting at least an hour before doors open as well as on Saturdays from 12:30pm – 4:30pm.  We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.  Our Box Office does not take phone orders.

Will Call Pickup

If you have tickets at will call but need someone else to pick them up there is no need to call or contact us.  Simply make a photocopy of your ID and write a note on it releasing your tickets into someone else’s name.  Include your full name and their full name.  If your guest brings that with them, along with their own photo ID, they will be able to pick up your tickets.

Age Policy

The Chapel is an all-ages venue.  If you are over 21 and wish to have a drink please bring your ID.


All shows are General Admission, Standing Room Only unless otherwise noted.  For ADA seating, please email us in advance at info@thechapelsf.com

General Policies

All sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events listed on this website.  Events are subject to change in date, time or scheduled act at anytime.  In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of payment originally used.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost tickets.
