Antonio Guedes & The Chillaquiles
Antonio Guedes & The Chillaquiles
Antônio Guedes & The Chilaquiles is a funk-rock-disco-ska-jam-pop band from San Francisco, CA. The lead singer, Antônio Guedes, brings forward various Brazilian influences into his compositions, blending it with others from around the globe, like Afrobeat, American soul, and Latin Jazz, with a psychedelic music twist that suggests to the audience Sergio Mendes, Jerry Garcia, Jorge Ben and Fela Kuti could all be playing in the same band.

J.Boogie, and bands such as Spam All-Stars and Chico Mann.
Zebuel (Smoked Out Soul)
Zebuel (Smoked Out Soul)
Zeb style reflects his homegrown, Memphis, TN, with a hybrid of funk, soul, reggae, and bass-heavy beats in his DJ sets and live performances as a guitar player of Smoked out Soul. The sound is Memphis meets California, a sort of space age blues, like if B.B. King and Three Six Mafia flew to Jamaica to record a movie soundtrack in 1975. Or if the Mothership came to Muscle Shoals and started a party. “Rewind” charted on Beatport’s top 100 Dub/Reggae downloads and his song “Hangover Blues” with Belgium based artist Poldoore has been making waves with internet tastemakers. For three years straight Zeb has also been honored to have his music featured as the soundtrack for Jones Snowboard Company’s promotional videos.
DJ Smash
DJ Smash
Eclectic DJ, studio musician, producer, remixer and label founder DJ Smash is an innovative veteran of the international club scene and for the last 15 years has been spinning in nightclubs, festivals and private events worldwide.

He is the first and original DJ Smash (since 1985) although several other entities have recently tried to claim his name as their own.

As a producer, Smash has released 15 vinyl singles, 5 official mix CDs including two successful mix / compilations for the legendary jazz label Blue Note Records, remixing some of the label's contemporary roster.

He also compiled and released two volumes of the successful series 'Acid Jazz In The Mix' for the Instinct record label in 1999 and 2001.

In 1986, Smash embarked on his first proper DJ residency at the legendary long running NYC after hours spot, Save The Robots (Ave. B & 2nd st).

Introduced as a fill in to the club by resident DJ John Hall, he parlayed that into his own 4+year residency, playing an eclectic music mix for a who's who of downtown scenes' decadent yet, influential nightlife.

In the early 90's Smash co-founded the highly influential labels Eightball Records and New Breed Records around the same time he became 4 year resident of the legendary club Giant Step which spearheaded the trend of fuzing DJ's spinning electronic club rhythms with live musicians onstage, in the mix.
From 1989-2001, Smash has released 15 vinyl singles and eps, 5 official mix CDs
and remixed over 30 tracks for major and indie labels.

DJ Elan Kamesar
