FAQ

Are minors allowed to shows?

We are an all-ages (ages 6+: no babies/very small children) venue.

Where can I get tickets to The Chapel shows?

Tickets can be purchased online at thechapelsf.com or in-person at our Box Office here on show nights.  You may purchase tickets to any of our upcoming shows when our Box Office is open.  Please refer to the Tickets page here on our website for more info.

When are you open?

The music venue is open on show nights to ticket holders only. Please check our Calendar page for show dates and times.  The Chapel Bar is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday, from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am, except for the occasional special music show when The Chapel Bar is available only to ticket holders.

When is the Box Office open?

The Chapel’s box office is open on show nights starting at least an hour before doors open as well as on Saturdays from 12:30pm – 4:30pm.  Our Box Office does not take phone orders.

Do you serve food and drinks?

Yes, absolutely!  The Chapel music venue has two well-stocked bars for your drinking pleasure, one on the ground floor and another on the mezzanine.  Additionally, Chapel Bar is always accessible to ticket holders and serves a wide variety of specialty cocktails and spirits.

Delicious food is available on the mezzanine, in Chapel Bar, and of course in The Vestry At The Chapel restaurant.

Is The Chapel ADA/Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate you.  Please contact info@thechapelsf.com or call (415) 551-5157 to let us know your accessibility needs.  Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and identify yourself when you arrive at the venue.

Do you have seating?

The Chapel is primarily a standing-room venue. We do offer some seating on the ground floor depending on the show, and there are chairs and sofas located on the mezzanine.  All seating is on a first-come basis.

Do you have Coat/Bag Check?

Yes, you may stash your coat or bag at most shows.  Price is $2 per item.

Do you have parking?

No, but there are several parking lots located in the neighborhood.  We are also easily accessible via BART and SF Muni.  Check out General Information for details.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. Please email us at info@thechapelsf.com to check for lost & found items.
