The soul pop band Marc & The Casuals features piano/organ player Marc Capelle, who has performed with American Music Club, Vetiver, Rodriguez, Tommy Guerrero, Third Eye Blind, The Fresh And Onlys, as well as playing horn with groups like Grandaddy, John Doe, and The Plastic Ono Band. The rhythm section is Todd Roper (Chuck Prophet, Cake); bassist Dr. Peter Straus (Dwarves), Bart Davenport (The Loved Ones, The Kinetics, Persephone's Bees) and guitar slinger, Tom Ayres. Filling out the band are horns Carroll Ashby, Tom Griesser, Amber Lamprecht and Henry Hung. The Springtime Soul Celebration also features Adrianne DeLanda (Extra Classic), Brigid Dawson (Thee Oh-Sees), Karina Denike, Jason Morgan, Zoe Ellis, Aima The Dreamer, Bob Reed, Meryl Press & Evan Capelle and some very special guests.
