Meatbodies
Meatbodies
Meatbodies is a band consisting of Kevin Boog, Chad Ubovich, and Patrick Nolan.

Chad started the band in 2011 as a solo project called Chad and The Meatbodies one tape was put out by GOD? Records, and Soon after the name of the project was changed to simply “Meatbodies,” followed up by a full length LP for In The Red Records of the same name.

After extensively touring on the album and tired of being a solo act Ubovich recruited his two friends and fellow song writers Kevin Boog, and Patrick Nolan.

“the name was originally changed to just MEATBODIES with the intent of it becoming an actual ‘band’ one day. And now it is! so that’s great!”

The group is now charging on with a new 7” for Famous Class Records and their sophomore LP for In The Red due later this year.
Mane
Mane
Mane is a three piece punk band from San Francisco made up of Chelsea Jene Woodard on guitar, Madeline Allard on bass, and Lauren Hall on drums. With influences like Sabbath, the Shangri-las, Souixsie Sioux, Patti, Joy Division, Acid King and all the great San Francisco bands playing around these days, their songs are driving, energetic, loud, melodic, metal, sometimes thrashing, and sometimes pleasant. The band’s first 7inch is coming out in July from California’s own Cut-Rate Records.
Toyota
Toyota
This nerdy group of punks has been on the go for the past year as they have released an EP, started a record label and have embarked on a west coast tour all in the name of maximizing revenue and building an empire. Inspired by 70s punk with a contemporary twist of added aggression and technical proficiency, Toyota performs with a captivation that is both curiously engaging and wildly irritating.

At their core, they are a simple squad of entrepreneurs on the prowl for the biggest bang for their buck, unsuspecting business men hiding under the guise of punk “musicians” to sell out fast. Help them out picking up their newest EP, out this week on Discontinuous Innovation Inc.
