5/5: Cinco De Mayo at the Chapel!

The Chapel will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo in style again this year! We’ll have specialty drinks, a live mariachi band playing, and of course a special menu created by our Executive Chef, Elaine Osuna:

Achiote Verde Pork Taco
black beans, salsa tomatillo, crema

Chicharron de Pollo Taco
chicken thighs marinated in aji amarillo chiles with huacatay sauce, peruano beans, & curtido

Carne Asada Taco
grilled skirt steak, santos’ pico de gallo, pinto beans

Elotes Taco
roasted corn, lime crema, cotija cheese, cilantro

This will be taking place in The Vestry (we have a show in the venue that night), and entry is free. Hope to see you there!
